On 25 May 2018, the Roscongress Foundation and FSFCI Roskoncert concluded a cooperation agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document was signed by Alexander Stuglev, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Roscognress Foundation, and Alexei Lebedev, CEO of FSFCI Rosconcert. The signatories agreed to establish partnership relations and develop long-term and efficient cooperation in the field of culture.
The agreement provides for cooperation of both parties in organization of joint conventions, exhibitions, and public cultural events, mutual consulting, informational and expert support. The FSFCI Rosconcert is also expected to participate in development of the cultural programme.
"As a non-financial development institution Roscognress regularly organizes social programmes at events held both in Russia and abroad. Apart from a serious business agenda, participants of the Forums will always be able to enjoy a varied entertainment programme. As part of our partnership, we will be able to implement most ambitious and interesting cultural projects," said Alexander Stuglev, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Roscongress Foundation.
The partnership established between the Roscognress Foundation and FSFCI Rosconcert will allow to form of a code of requirements and quality standards for organization and management of cultural events abroad.

The signatories also agreed to unite their efforts with a view to promoting charitable, educational and socially beneficial projects.
