On 20 February, the Roscongress
Foundation and the Financial University under the Government of
the Russian Federation signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement involves scientific and expert interaction,
consulting, and information exchange. The agreement was signed by Chairman
of the Board and CEO of the Roscongress Foundation Alexander Stuglev and Rector
of Financial University Mikhail Eskindarov.
The university has already provided expert support for
projects implemented as part of the 16th Russia—Kazakhstan
Interregional Cooperation Forum focussing on ‘Hot Topics on the Development of
Cross-Border Cooperation’, which took place in Omsk on 6–7 November
2019.
«The signing of the document was the logical next step
for our partnership. University staff will now regularly act as expert consultants
in the preparation of plans and programmes for Foundation activities. We value
this highly qualified help», Stuglev said.
«The University is willing to help develop concepts
and promote Roscongress Foundation event projects», Eskindarov said. «We also hope that by working together on the development of
congress and exhibition events in the Russian Federation, we will be able to
more effectively train personnel for the industry.»
