Plenary session of the 13th St. Petersburg International Legal Form will be held on 20 May 2025

The theme of the plenary session of SPILF 2025 is ‘The Law: Lessons of the Past for the World of the Future’. The event will traditionally be attended by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.

Speakers include Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, President of Interpol; Karin Kneissl, Head of Center G.O.R.K.I. (Geopolitical Observatory for Russia’s Key Issues) at SPbU, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Austria (2017–2019); Marike Paulsson, Secretary General of Council for International Dispute Resolution for the Kingdom of Bahrain; Mateus Saize, Minister of Justice, and of Constitutional and Religious Matters of Mozambique; and Felix Ulloa, Vice President of El Salvador.

The session will be moderated by Alexandra Suvorova, anchor at Rossiya 24 TV channel.
