In this publication, the Institute of Natural Monopolies Research (IPEM) summarizes the performance of Russia’s manufacturing industries in March 2020. Against a backdrop of unfavorable global economic environment coupled with measures against the COVID-19 pandemic, demand growth was registered in low-tech industries only.
