A New Workforce for the New Economy: Achieving a Major Improvement in the Quality of Education.

The educational process as a whole is in need of restructuring in light of the ongoing digitalization of the Russian economy. There needs to be a move away from generic education focusing on memorizing large amounts of information, to education which facilitates the development of skills for project/group work. This approach will give students an understanding of real-life tasks, and provide them with practical experience at their place of study.
