Tjekero Tweya is the Namibian Minister of Industrialization, Trade, and SME Development. At the Russia—Africa Economic Forum, he expressed confidence that agreements with Russia would soon produce positive results. The comments were made during an interview with the Minister regarding joint projects between Namibia and Russia.
