JSC «National Company «Kazakh Invest» is the national investment promotion agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Established to foster sustainable socio-economic development, its mission is to attract foreign investment into priority sectors of the economy and provide comprehensive support to investment projects [citation:7].

The Company serves as a single point of contact for investors, operating a "one-stop-shop" window that provides government services, including access to investment preferences and assistance with obtaining permits. It also functions as the operator of the national digital investment platform, which ensures transparency and efficient project monitoring [citation:7].

Since 2018, the Company's shareholder rights have been transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan [citation:7]. Its vision is to become the leading foreign investment attraction agency in Central Asia, the CIS, and selected transition economies [citation:7].

As of the end of 2024, the Company's efforts have resulted in:

• 45 projects launched with foreign participation, totaling approximately $1.2 billion and creating over 6,000 jobs [citation:7].
• Processing 2,357 inquiries within the investor support framework [citation:7].

Between 2022 and 2025, agreements totaling $29.1 billion were signed. In 2025 alone, 27 projects with foreign participation worth $1.26 billion were commissioned, with 244 projects worth $79.1 billion currently in progress across manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and agribusiness [citation:1].
