BMS Development Group is a full-cycle real estate developer specializing in premium-class ecopolises in Moscow. The company develops new-format residential and public spaces based on ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance), creating environments where people, nature, home, and art form a cohesive whole.

The Group was founded by Sergey Boldyrev, who serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In a short period, the company has established a strong presence in the Moscow market with large-scale projects. These include a flagship integrated development project near the Minskaya Transport Hub — an 8-hectare site in the Setun River valley acquired for RUB 26.7 billion in 2024 — as well as projects on Starovolynskaya Street and Prospekt Vernadskogo.

Key projects and portfolio:

• Minskaya Transport Hub project: 300,000 sq. m. of real estate, including residential and commercial space, with over 20 services for residents and more than RUB 100 billion in investment.
• Prospekt Vernadskogo, 89: a premium residential ensemble with approximately RUB 20 billion in investment.
• Pirogovskoye Reservoir: premium residences on the first line of the waterfront.
• The company's portfolio is projected to grow to 1.5 million sq. m. of real estate within three years.

BMS Development Group actively supports contemporary art through its corporate collection, which features works by Russian and international artists, and through inclusive art programs for young people with mental disabilities. The company is also preparing for an IPO as part of its strategic development.
