Established on January 18, 2019, Heilongjiang Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. (Longjiang Transportation Investment for short) is a state-owned capital investment company funded by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government. It serves as the province's primary platform for transportation infrastructure investment and financing, transportation capital operation and debt management, cross-border logistics and trade in Northeast Asia, as well as mineral and land resource management.

As the provincial enterprise with the largest asset scale in Heilongjiang, the Group boasts a registered capital of RMB 41.7 billion and total assets of RMB 298.1 billion. It oversees 20 secondary subsidiaries, one listed holding company, and a total of 203 enterprises within its consolidation scope, employing approximately 15,800 people.

The Group has established a comprehensive modern enterprise system with a well-defined corporate governance structure. Its business scope covers investment, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of transportation infrastructure; highway management and maintenance; modern logistics and trade; energy; and digital technology.
