Part of the "It's Good to Live in the North" program of the Government of the Murmansk Region. Comprehensive one-stop-shop assistance and support are provided by Murmansk Region Development Corporation JSC. Implementation is planned under the preferential regime of the Russian Arctic Zone (KRDC).
