Crown Industrial Park

Description

The industrial Park is being established with the aim of developing a single well-equipped territory for the placement of new facilities in the field of industrial production, metalworking, and related services. The main goal of the industrial park is to develop the necessary conditions for the implementation of business projects for entrepreneurs and large businesses. The industrial park is planned to be located on a land plot with a total area of 22 hectares. In terms of logistics, the Crown Park is advantageously located, at a distance of 800 m from the R-268 Krasnodar-Yeisk highway; the distance to the M-4 don highway is 18 km; the park is equipped with a railway platform. In the immediate vicinity of the industrial park, it is planned to build a bypass motor road, Far Western Bypass of Krasnodar, directed to the Crimea.
