Year-round health resort with SPA-services 4*

A year-round health resort with a treatment section and a section for spa procedures will be located on the territory of the existing ski resort «Gora Belaya» in Sverdlovsk Region.

The activities of the health resort will be treatment and rehabilitation (including the consequences of occupational hazards), spa procedures, outdoor activities. The envisaged workload also embraces leisure and treatment of the investor’s own employees with the possibility of reimbursement of the costs in compliance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

The location of the SPA-health resort will allow its guests to use the infrastructure of GLK «Gora Belaya»: ski slopes, trails for walking and hiking, excursions, museums, attractions of nearby villages.

The planned location of the SPA-health resort will be within the boundaries of the expanding tourist and recreational cluster «Gora Belaya» (the project is managed by ANO TRK «Gora Belaya»).

— There is a shortage of accommodations for tourists — the current hotel in GLK «Gora Belaya» does not cover the demand for accommodation.
— SPA-resort in a ski resort — an attractive and new format for the market, there are no similar facilities within a radius of 400 km from the resort.
— The location of the facility is in one of the most picturesque places in the Urals — the territory of GLK is part of the «Veseliye Gory (Merry Mountains)» mountain range.
— Significant reduction in investor costs —— The management company defrays expenses for laying utility networks and building roads to the boundaries of the site, improves the common areas of the resort, provides an opportunity to use tax benefits during the operation of the facility, and helps to attract soft term financing.
