Modernization of the main and auxiliary production of JSC "Pskov Khlebokombinat"

Description

JSC «Pskov Bakery» is one of the largest food industry enterprises in the Pskov Region and the North-West. The plant produces over 60 tons of the most diverse high quality bakery products per day. Traditional bread, long loaf, functional breads, custard breads, leavened breads, cakes, pastries, biscuits, products with a long shelf life — far from the entire assortment of the enterprise. Renewal of the manufactured assortment is about 20 types of products per year. The goal of the project is to modernize production and, accordingly, improve product quality. It is planned to create more than 45 jobs.
