Description

Soy protein isolate is a purified plant protein obtained from soybeans by removing fats, carbohydrates and dietary fiber. Main characteristics: Protein content: about 90% and above. Composition: contains all 9 essential amino acids necessary for humans. Calorie content: low, with almost no fats (less than 1%) and a minimal amount of carbohydrates.
