Dried vegetables production

Description

The investment project implies the construction of an import substitution plant for the production of dried vegetables. The project is supposed to be implemented in 2 stages. At the first stage, the construction of the production complex’s first line for processing agricultural raw materials (carrots, beets), an administrative building, infrastructure facilities, warehouses for storing finished products, raw materials is envisaged. The second stage of the project involves the expansion of production lines, expansion of production for the processing of fruit and berry products in dried and frozen form. The construction is planned on the territory of 5 hectares in the state industrial park „„Phoenix““. The high quality of the finished product at a relatively low cost will be achieved through the cultivation of vegetables on owned land, concentrated in the Smolensk region in the immediate vicinity of the planned production. The design capacity of the plant will be 6 thousand tons of product per year. The plant will be built using the latest technologies and equipped with modern equipment.
