Samara Northern Plant for the production of porous ceramic blocks and bricks

The project implies the construction and operation of the Samara Northern Plant for the production of porous ceramic blocks and bricks with a capacity of 30 million pieces of solid bricks per year (9,500 tons of finished products per month) on a technological automated line made in Greece (SABO).

Capacity — 30.0 million units of solid bricks 1HF per year or 9,500 tons of finished, fired ceramic products per month.

The range of products planned for release (GOST 530):
— Full-bodied, full-bodied front ceramic brick 1NF;
— Facade ceramic bricks 0.5NF;
— Front ceramic brick 0.7NF;
— Front ceramic bricks 1,4NF;
— Ceramic hollow stone 2.1NF;
— Large-format porous stone 4.5NF;
— Large-format porous stone 10.7NF;
— Paving stones;
— Facade tiles, etc.

Product durability is M200 and more.
