Description

Construction of the Golden Phoenix multi-purpose resort and recreational complex on the shore of Taman Bay. The project involves the establishment of the following facilities: • hotel complex for 220 rooms • wellness complex Medical SPA • tennis courts • restaurant complex • aquatics center • conference center. Brief description of the facilities: — The main restaurant of 190 seating capacity; separate restaurant of 45 seating capacity with the option for a summer veranda for 25 seats. — 15-seat lobby bar — 15-seat bar in wellness complex — 40-seat bar in entertainment complex — summer barbecue restaurant (take-away) — room service and catering.
