We are looking for an investor partner for the purpose of reconstruction of a building (truction in progress), located at: Arkhangelsk, Obvodny Ave., 145 bldg. 1. The existing building is an object that is under construction, with a 50% completion stage. Pre-design and design work, construction and installation work, and subsequent commissioning of the facility are required. The reconstruction will result in a „„Patient hotel““ with built-in commercial premises with a total area of at least 4800 sq. m. Interaction between the project initiator and a potential partner is expected through the conclusion of a joint activity agreement.
