Construction of a hotel and business complex

Description

The project envisages construction of a 3*/3*+ hotel and business complex with a developed business component on the territory adjacent to the international airport Khabarovsk (Novy). There are no hotels in Khabarovsk that are managed by international hotel operators providing services in accordance with international hotel standards. The hotel and business complex will be located within walking distance from the airport terminals and only 8 km from the centre of Khabarovsk. This will allow to effectively serve both airport and city segments. The project is to be implemented as part of the Priority Social and Economic Development Area where the investor is granted a number of tax benefits and administrative preferences. The hotel complex has been designed in full accordance with international standards of hotel activity with direct participation of leading international hotel operators interested in managing the facility. The facility is expected to be transferred under the direct management of one of the leading international hotel operators, which will make the complex unique for Khabarovsk and the whole Far East, in general.
