Construction of a compound feed mill

Description

A new complex for the production of compound feed is being created. It is planned to reach its full capacity in the third year of the project. As of 2020, a project for the construction of the plant has been developed, and the site for the construction of the plant has been selected. The project site is currently an undeveloped land plot with an area of 25 hectares. The cost of connecting to the transport and engineering infrastructure is 96 million rubles. Construction of industrial buildings, engineering and transport infrastructure facilities, including industrial and warehouse buildings, driveways, roads and logistics sites, electric and gas water supply and sanitation systems is planned. The main consumers of the project’s products are located in the Central Federal district. Raw materials will be supplied from the territory of the Voronezh region, which is one of the 5 producers of crop production. It is possible to connect to the electric and gas infrastructure. The necessary energy capacity is available. The project is planned to use the human resources of Voronezh with a population of more than 1 million people.
