The construction of the cement plant is planned on the territory of the Soligalichsky municipal district of the Kostroma region. It is planned to create about 825 new jobs. For cement production in the territory of the Kostroma region has proven reserves of minerals (clays, limestones, Sands), with a budget of 125 million tons, which are at a distance of 350 km from Kostroma near the town of Soligalich with a population of about 6 million people. Selected land for the construction of the plant, located approximately 7 km north-west of the village. Soligalich with an area of about 40 hectares.
