Greenhouse complex for year-round cultivation of vegetables in sheltered ground

Description

The project implies construction of a high-tech greenhouse complex for year-round cultivation of vegetables in protected ground. The total area of the land plot allocated for construction is 45.9 ha, the total area in greenhouse structures is 10.05 ha. The construction works are carried out in partnership with the Dutch company Dalsem Greenhouse Projects BV, which specializes in indoor greenhouses and develops individual greenhouse projects for all climatic conditions. The product range is selected taking into account the peculiarities of the Astrakhan climate and includes hybrids of vegetable crops that have good taste, transportability, the ability to maintain high yields and resistance to diseases and pests. The planned crop for the greenhouse complex is tomato (hybrids of different types). The estimated volume of tomato production is 85 kg per square meter per year. The useful area of the greenhouse is more than 87 thousand square meters. The total production volume is more than 7,000 tons per year. The planned release date and start of sales is January 2021.
