The project involves the development of a high-tech territory for river and cruise tourism on the banks of the Krasnoyarsk reservoir, including: — tourist complex „„Berkuty““, which includes a multifunctional indoor complex, a water park, a tent camp with a well-equipped infrastructure, a river station, multi-sports grounds, a rescue center, a complex with a helicopter pad and a Parking lot for MLA; — cottage settlement „„Mokhovsky““ for the stay / residence of employees and their families with a well-equipped infrastructure; — objects of municipal and supporting infrastructure.
