Description

The project implies the construction of a factory for the production of tomato paste and a greenhouse complex for seedlings of tomato hybrids. The project involves industrial cultivation and machine harvesting of tomatoes on an area of 4.5 thousand hectares, of which it is planned to produce 16.5 thousand tons of tomato paste.

Using the production line of the Italian company ROSSI CATELLI CFT SPA, it is planned to produce two types of tomato paste: cold crushing (Cool break (CB)) with BRIX 28-30 and hot crushing (Hot break (HB)) with BRIX 36-38.
