Grants are provided under credit agreements and non-revolving credit line agreements, credit lines with a fixed limit issued in the relevant financial year (which specify the specific terms and amounts of credit received in the relevant financial year, as well as the return of funds) to replenish working capital, subject to the following conditions:

repayment of the loan in full within a period of up to one year fr om the date of conclusion of the loan agreement (non-revolving credit line agreement, credit line with a set credit limit);
receipt, selection and use of the loan funds in full during the period fr om January 1 to November 30 of the corresponding financial year;
spending the loan in full to replenish working capital.

repayment of the loan in full within up to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the loan agreement (non-revolving credit line agreement, credit line with a set credit lim it);
selection and use of the loan funds in full during the period from January 1 to November 30 of the corresponding financial year;
spending the loan in full for the implementation of investment projects in the Bryansk region;
inclusion of the borrower's investment project in the register of investment projects of the Bryansk region, published on the official website of the Department of economic development of the Bryansk region;
conclusion of an investment agreement with the government of the Bryansk region.

To participate in the competitive selection, the borrower must submit to the Department an application containing documents, the list of which is approved by clause 3.3 of the Regulations on the procedure for granting subsidies from the regional budget for reimbursement of part of the cost of paying interest on loans received by organizations, individual entrepreneurs, consumer cooperation enterprises (except agricultural producers, peasant (farmer) farms) in Russian credit organizations (approved by the decree Of the government of the Bryansk region of February 17, 2014 N 46-p)
