The support for priority investment projects of the Nizhny Novgorod Region

Условия предоставления поддержки

The investment project shall meet one of the following conditions: - the project is implemented in a municipal district (urban district) of the Nizhny Novgorod Region subsidized in excess of 5%; - over 100 million rubles is invested in the project.

The investment project shall meet the following criteria: - comply with the main directions of the Strategy for Socio-Economic Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region until 2035; - comply with budget, economic and social efficiency criteria; - the additional criteria are: absolute amount of the investments provided or attracted, short payback period of the project (projects with a payback period of 5 years or less are preferred), support of the investment project by the local administration of the district where the investment project is planned to be implemented.

Application

Доверенность в случае подачи заявки представителем заявителя

Заверенные копии документов, подтверждающих полномочия органов управления, выписка из ЕГРЮЛ

Справка об исполнении налогоплательщиком обязанности по уплате налогов, сборов, страховых взносов, пеней, штрафов, процентов

Заверенные бухгалтерский баланс, отчет о прибылях и убытках, а также приложения к ним за предшествующий подаче заявки отчетный год со штампами налогового органа о принятии отчетности

Заключение независимого аудитора на представленную ежегодную бухгалтерскую отчетность

Бизнес-план, расчет бюджетной эффективности проекта

Документы, подтверждающие права пользования земельным участком с соответствующим проекту видом разрешенного использования, на котором будет реализовываться данный инвестиционный проект

Документы (при наличии), подтверждающие возможность финансирования инвестиционного проекта и привлечения заемных средств

Справка заявителя об отсутствии просроченной задолженности по выплате заработной платы перед работниками -расчет возмещения затрат на создание объектов инфраструктуры.
