Recipient - Russian industrial business entity. Compliance of the funded project with the approved Standards of the Industrial Development Fund: "Development Projects" and "Component Products" Additional requirements: 1. In accordance with the "Development Projects" program, loan financing of projects implemented in the priority areas of Russian industry and aimed at the development and implementation of advanced technologies at enterprises that meet the principles of the best available technologies (including basic industry technologies) is carried out for production of new competitive and high-tech civilian products with import-substituting or export potential. 2. In accordance with the Component Products program, loan financing is provided for projects aimed at organizing and / or modernizing the production of component products used as part of industrial products, which are listed in the appendix to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On Confirming the Production of Industrial Products in the Russian Federation” "dated July 17, 2015 No. 719.
