The provision of guarantees

Providing guarantees for the obligations of small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter - SMEs) based on loan agreements, loan agreements, financial lease (leasing) agreements, bank guarantee agreements and other agreements concluded with credit organizations, leasing companies, microfinance and other organizations financing SMEs.

Terms of support

Support is provided by SMEs that meet the criteria established by the Federal Law "On the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Russian Federation" dated July 24, 2007 No. 209-FL (hereinafter - Federal Law No. 209-FL), the requirements established by the Procedure for the Fund to provide guarantees and do not apply SMSP referred to in parts 3, 4 of Article 14 of the Federal Law No. 209-FL.
