Organization of production for processing of secondary raw materials of phosphogypsum "Gypsum Technical"

The project involves the organization of production for the processing of phosphogypsum and getting phosphogypsum road for the construction of bases of roads 1-5 categories, and building on technology recycling. Initially, it is planned to install 2 experimental lines and then increase it to 10 units during the year.

The annual production capacity will be 600,000 tons / year of road phosphogypsum.

The cost of the project is more than 1 billion rubles. It is planned to make investments during the first 2 years of the project implementation.

As a result of the project, an innovative enterprise will be built, jobs will be created, and environmental problems will be solved.

The final product will be road phosphogypsum for the construction of the foundations of roads of category 1-5.

Phosphogypsum is used instead of crushed stone. The use of phosphogypsum in road construction has all the necessary technical and methodological documents. Currently, a number of roads have been built and are being used using phosphogypsum construction technology.

The strength of such a base exceeds the requirements of the standards up to 5 times. The modulus of elasticity exceeds the requirements of the standards by 2 times. The material works effectively in swampy areas. It is not exposed to heaving in the winter period of operation. The warranty period of operation of the road base is at least 12 years.
