The ‘Day of the Future’ youth programme will take
place at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) 2024 on 6 September and will be
attended by young managers, entrepreneurs, scientists, and other specialists.
The event will include sessions that aim to ensure the self-realization of the
younger generation in various fields taking into account technological
innovations, including science, business, the media, and numerous others. In
addition, the programme will devote special attention to the future development
of young people in the Far East. The EEF is being organized by the Roscongress
Foundation.
“This year’s youth programme at the
Eastern Economic Forum will focus on practical interaction between young people
and professionals in various industries. The ‘Day of the Future’ programme
includes a variety of interactive formats, which will contribute to the
comprehensive development of talented specialists. Their innovative approaches
expand the possibilities for finding proper responses to the challenges of our
time. In addition, young people’s experience and skills must be used to develop
the Far East, which is a unique territory that requires special approaches,”
Adviser to the Russian President and Executive Secretary of the EEF Organizing
Committee Anton Kobyakov said.
The programme includes a session
called ‘30 Questions for a Billionaire’, in which participants will be able to
ask a successful entrepreneur questions. In addition, there will be a mentoring
lounge for young business representatives, where they will receive professional
advice from investors and experts on the development of soft skills and other
practical recommendations, and also learn about business support measures and
how to launch startups.
The ‘Day of the Future’ programme
will also include roundtables on the creation of popular science content and
the intensification of international cooperation in education in the BRICS
format. In addition, participants will discuss the development of skills for
working in the media. The programme will also include events on management
skills, in particular, a roundtable on horizontal management and a meeting
dedicated to women in the civil service.
There will also be lectures and
discussions about artificial intelligence and the development of traditional
family values, a pitch session of technological projects of the Far East, and a
discussion of the region’s human resources potential.
The Eastern Economic Forum 2024 will
take place on 3–6 September 2024 on the campus of Far Eastern Federal
University in Vladivostok.
