Primorsky Krai is located in the very east of the country. It is bordered by the Sea of Japan to the south and east, the Khabarovsk Territory to the north, and China and North Korea to the west.
Eastern Sea Gate of Russia: Vladivostok and Nakhodka are the final points of the Northern Sea Route.
The main river of the Ussuri, on the territory of the region there is a large part of Lake Khanka.
Industrial:
Agriculture is mainly carried out in the south-western part of the region; there are crops of cereals (wheat, oats, rice) and forage crops, soybeans. Meat and dairy farming, animal husbandry (mink, silver-black fox), reindeer husbandry, beekeeping are common.
